About Me
Jackie Barboza is a visionary leader and humanitarian whose work has transformed countless lives in Central Florida for more than twenty-seven years. As president of “HCI Hair Solutions”, “JSB Professional Suites”, “Elite Runway”, and “HCI Enterprise”, she has created hope, confidence, and opportunity for those who need it most.
Through custom hair prosthetics and the advanced systems of “HCI Hair Solutions”, a family business with more than thirty-five years of service, she has restored appearance, dignity, and self-esteem to individuals facing cancer, hair loss, and cranial deformities.
For more than fifteen years, Jackie has been a contributor to Wigs for Kids, creating natural, life-changing prosthetics. She also remains deeply committed to supporting children with cranial differences, helping them overcome bullying, social stigma, and emotional challenges.
She is a strong advocate for education and financial empowerment, offering guidance in financial literacy, homeownership preparation, and retirement planning.
As president of the Hispanic American Professional & Business Women’s Association (HAPBWA), she has helped strengthen the organization as a platform for mentorship and professional development, empowering women to become leaders, entrepreneurs, and agents of change in their communities.
Her spirit of service is reflected in her support of organizations such as the Salvation Army, the Humane Society, and the ASPCA, helping people and families in need. Jackie also supports the program Quinceañera de Sueños, helping young people celebrate this important milestone in their lives. Through her initiative, Fashion for a Cause, she combines fashion with philanthropy, creating resources and hope for people facing medical, emotional, and social challenges.
Her extraordinary leadership and service have been recognized with numerous honors, including the United States Capitol Award (2025), Top Businesswoman, Top Business Leader (2025), Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), the Community Leader Award presented by Senator Rick Scott (2025), Business of the Year, Mujer Emprende (2024), and Portada Latina (2024). She was featured in Original Living Magazine (2023–2025) and has appeared on countless television, radio, and podcast programs.
Her legacy is not defined only by professional achievement or aesthetics, but by the lives she has dignified and her unwavering commitment to service. Jackie believes true beauty is found in helping others grow, rise, and heal.
