Alejandra G. Walters is an entrepreneur, financial strategist, and investor operating in Michigan and Florida. Born in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, she holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has built a career in the automotive industry at companies such as General Motors, American Axle & Manufacturing, and Ford Motor Company. That experience has helped her develop a structured approach to growth, operational discipline, and strategic decision-making.
After relocating to Michigan, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University. She went on to strengthen her corporate career while simultaneously building her own business systems. Eventually she decided to leave the automotive industry to devote her full attention to her businesses, turning years of preparation into executive-level expansion.
She is the founder of a Michigan-based real estate firm specializing in relocation services and helping families build a lasting legacy. She also created “Premier One Commercial Capital” in Florida, where she helps small and mid-sized entrepreneurs —many of them immigrants and women leaders— access the capital they need to grow. Her work is centered on creating structured pathways to economic mobility through financial education and sustainable growth.
As co-founder of “Creatif Branding”, Alejandra leads a strategic marketing agency focused on entrepreneurial positioning and digital growth. She is also the founder of “Mindfully Clean,” a natural home products line inspired by conscious motherhood and family well-being, integrating business with a commitment to intergenerational responsibility.
In addition, she is the co-creator of “Entre Charlas y Lugares”, an audiovisual project she developed alongside author and creator Adriana García, a mother of three. This platform amplifies immigrant stories and women’s leadership, strengthening cultural identity and entrepreneurial vision.
Recognized as Michigan Latina Realtor 2025, Alejandra represents a generation of women who don’t just participate in the economy—they help shape it.
