She studied at the University of Phoenix, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, strengthening her preparation in management, financial analysis, and business organization.

In 2007, she founded “Equinox Solutions”, a firm based in Orlando, Florida, where she provides tax and accounting guidance to business owners, helping them improve their processes, make clear decisions, and operate with greater control and stability. For Aixa, growth is not just an objective; it is a commitment, because every client’s goal becomes her mission.

Currently, Aixa is building and strengthening “Equinox Academy”, a project focused on sharing knowledge, tools, and practical strategies that entrepreneurs can implement immediately in their companies. Her mission is to develop true business CEOs who can lead with vision, discipline, and focus, elevating both their mindset and results.

Furthermore, she continues to strengthen her education and pursue new credentials that allow her to bring even greater value to business owners, with the purpose of remaining in constant evolution and always giving her best.
