Hello
Rosalba Ayala Pantoja
About Me
Rosalba Ayala Pantoja is a Mexican entrepreneur from Tamazulapan, Oaxaca, with over two decades of experience in the service industry, specializing in residential and commercial cleaning as well as event coordination. She is the founder and director of “D’ Rosa’s Cleaning Company”, and has built her career on perseverance, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to her community.
Based in Michigan for more than 20 years, Rosa began her professional journey in the United States working in hotels and restaurants; all while facing personal and professional challenges. Over time, driven by a desire for independence and stability for her family, she began offering cleaning services on her own. Her professionalism, discipline, and sense of responsibility helped her build a loyal client base that continues to trust her to this day.
“D’ Rosa’s Cleaning Company” began as a family project and grew into a business that provides job opportunities for Latina women—many of them single mothers—whom she trains and mentors to help them grow professionally. She has created a business model rooted in continuous training, mutual respect, and excellence in service.
In addition to cleaning services, Rosa has also found success in the event planning industry. Her expertise in setup, customer service, and team coordination led her to be hired as banquet manager for an event hosted by Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, where she led a team of 25 Latino waitstaff.
Today, her company has diversified, working with multicultural communities—especially in Hindu celebrations—and remained active even during the pandemic thanks to her adaptability and drive for continuous improvement.
Rosa represents the spirit of the entrepreneurial migrant woman: resilient, purpose-driven, and convinced that quality work, paired with faith and passion, opens doors and transforms lives.
