Yolanda Franco was born in Pereira, Colombia, into a large and humble family. From a young age, she showed a deep love for learning, a special gift with numbers, and an early sense of leadership that led her to start teaching others at the age of ten. A professional in the banking sector, her life took an unexpected turn when she immigrated to the United States with her husband and two young children, determined to build a new life even if it meant starting from scratch.

She faced many barriers, including the language, limited resources, being far from family, and the need to rebuild her professional identity. She went from managing a bank branch to mopping floors and washing dishes, yet she never lost her dignity or her vision. With discipline, faith, and foresight, Yolanda reinvented herself as an entrepreneur. This is how “IYOMZ”, her first business, was born — named in honor of her sisters and the lineage of women who inspire her.

Today, Yolanda is a leader who helps others grow personally and professionally through direct sales. Her mission is clear: to equip, inspire, and multiply lives through values. She dreams of leaving behind a professional legacy that cannot be counted, and of one day being able to say she has a million friends — people whose stories she has helped transform.
