About Me
Originally from León, Guanajuato, Mexico, Nancy Arredondo Rodríguez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in both the United States and Mexico. She holds her U.S. license in the state of Michigan and earned a master’s degree in Finance. Nancy completed her academic studies at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Universidad La Salle Bajío, and the University of Vermont. She later specialized in U.S. taxation and international tax compliance.
Nancy worked for ten years at PwC, one of the Big Four global professional services firms, where she advanced from junior auditor to audit manager. This stage of her career strengthened her technical expertise and gave her extensive experience auditing financial statements for companies across a wide range of industries.
After relocating to the United States, she specialized in U.S. tax law and earned her CPA designation, officially recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In 2021, she founded “A&R Consulting Group, PLLC”, a Michigan-based firm focused on providing personalized tax and accounting services to individuals and businesses—guiding them from startup through growth and beyond.
Deeply committed to empowering the Hispanic community, Nancy regularly offers workshops, seminars, and educational sessions in collaboration with organizations such as the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Oakland Thrive, and the Consulate of Mexico in Detroit. Her mission goes beyond consulting—she aims to educate, guide, and uplift her community through clear, accessible information.
As a wife and mother of two daughters, Nancy believes that personal growth is the foundation of professional success. She integrates tools such as ontological coaching and intentional daily practices into her life and leadership, fostering a culture of purpose and service—both within her firm and in the broader community she serves.
