Judith Díaz
Hello
Judith Díaz
About Me
Judith Díaz is originally from the state of Durango, Mexico, and arrived in Grand Rapids, Michigan, 23 years ago with a suitcase, big dreams, and a heart full of hope. Today, she is a successful entrepreneur, owner of “La Victoria”, a supermarket founded on November 3, 2017, as well as two food trucks that celebrate the richness of Mexican cuisine: “Tacos México” and “Antojitos La Victoria”.

Her journey hasn’t been easy. Every step has required sacrifice, resilience, and deep faith. Judith is a mother of two, a wife, daughter, sister, and friend. She describes herself as a humble, hardworking, and persevering woman. Her strength comes from both the challenges she’s faced and the values that have guided her since childhood. She studied Accounting at the School of Business and Accounting FECA, and although she didn’t complete her formal degree, the knowledge she gained has been key to the structured growth of her business.

Deeply committed to her community, Judith and her family are active members of the Chamber of Commerce and work with the organization Puertas Abiertas, supporting other Latino families in their journey of integration and advancement.
Judith chose to share her story in the hopes of inspiring others. Through her testimony, she aims to show that even when the road is hard, we are never truly alone—there is always a way forward, and giving up is never an option. For her, every accomplishment is proof that dreams can be reached when pursued with love and determination.
