Degli Pino Camacho was born in Calabozo, in the heart of Venezuela’s Guárico state. She was raised in a family that was held together by love and firm authority. Her childhood was marked by freedom and a creativity born of simplicity. From an early age, she was extroverted, with a temperament she could hardly conceal.

She earned a degree in Systems Engineering in Venezuela and later completed postgraduate studies in Tax Management. Her career spanned diverse sectors of the Venezuelan economy: from the automotive industry, where she led inventory and warehouse operations, to the public sector, in roles connected to technology, systems, and knowledge management. Each stage sharpened her analytical thinking and strengthened her ability to adapt.

In Florida, she pursued further training in Project Management and, alongside her husband, launched a home renovation business through “J&J Enterprises of Florida LLC”. Over time, she combined her technical expertise and personal experience and also began working in mortgage financing: “Degli Pino Lender” (Your Favorite Lender!).

Degli firmly believes that growth is a daily process. She advocates for self-love as a constant practice and trusts in the existence of a Higher Being who guides her at every moment. She sees herself as a free spirit, having chosen a different path and remaining faithful to her intuition and her truth, always convinced that it is always possible to start over and create a more fulfilling life.
