Pat is Chief Vision Officer of MIJA Leadership Coaching. Her dream is that one day there will be a critical mass of Latinas leading the world with courage, compassion, and clarity. Her mission is to inspire the hearts and minds of Latina Leaders, create the conditions that connect to the leader within, so that Latinas can lead with confidence.
Pat was recognized in 2012 as the Lakeshore Leadership Athena Award recipient and was a W. K. Kellogg Foundation Leadership fellow in 2015. In 2018, she was chosen as one of the most influential Latinas for the Michigan Hispanic/Latino Commission. Pat is the co-founder of Sisters Who Lead, an affinity advancing the wellness and career mobility of women of color to executive leadership. She is also a board member of the Grand Haven Community Foundation and The Latino Leadership Institute.
